A young couple, they are already very appreciated by the international audence following them throught the numerous events in which they take part.  Carlitos Espnoza, introduced to the international festivals precisely by the San Remo Tang festival, returns in the fourth edition with a new partner, already known as expressing a sinuous and elegant female technique, by which she is able to express in the best way her unique tango milonguero qualities.  Together, Noelia and Carlitos create a new style, young and dynamic but capable at the same time of preserving all the rules of traditional tango, in a fusion without doubt original and very beloved.
